The Marina El Arenal with its yacht charter base is situated at the southern end of the mile-long Playa de Palma – nicely landscaped with palm trees and pool, nice restaurant – and directly beside the the sandy beach. From the airport to El Arenal, it is only a short 10 minutes drive. The old beach town of El Arenal is less influenced by German tourists (they adhere to some Balnearios farther to the North rather than by locals and Spanish tourists. There are many shops and pubs for yacht charter crews, and even an old Spanish village.

The yacht charter base in the port of Arenal operates a modern fleet of monohulls and especially catamarans.
