Yacht Charter Polynesia / Raiatea

Raiatea, centre of Yacht Charter in Polynesia, and Tahaa are connected via a lagoon and are both surrounded by the same coral reef including numerous “motus” and little reef islands. From the peaks of the rugged volcanic mountains, rising higher than 3.200 feet, you can gaze onto deeply indented bays, the many islands in the lagoon, dreamlike white beaches, Apoomau River with little boats cruising on it and settlements that are all in close proximity of the coast. Worth a visit is the cult site of Taputapuatea and for scuba divers the wreckage of the Nordby, sunk in 1900.
