In the Eastern Mediterranean, Cyprus attracts now sailing crews as a new charter destination. Other highlights on the East Coast route are Governor’s Beach, an area with many beaches and caves, Cape Kiti and of course Cape Greco – the most Eastern point of the Republic of Cyprus.
If you decide to sail the West Coast itinerary, you will find marinas in Paphos and Latchi. The Greek goddess Aphrodite is said to have been born in Old Paphos. You will find antique graves and other historic reminiscents of past centuries. Latchi is a touristic town with an old fishing port and a modern marina. Beautiful spots to discover on the West Coast are Lady’s Mile, Pissouri Bay, Coral Bay and the Blue Lagoon.
